Responsibilities
- Advise companies from start‑ups to international organisations on a range of corporate transactions including M&A, venture capital, cross‑border deals, private equity, joint ventures and restructurings.
- Work closely with Partners and senior Lawyers to deliver high quality work and build lasting client relationships.
Qualifications
- Associate or senior associate with proven corporate experience, ideally from a leading regional or national firm.
- Excellent communication and technical skills.
- Ability to build strong, lasting client relationships.
