We are seeking a motivated and capable Business Development Executive to join our team and drive the end-to-end sales process. This is a high-energy, dynamic role suited for a results-driven individual with a passion for technology and property.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Research: Identify potential business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and by leveraging prospecting tools.
  • Cold Outreach: Generate new leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, face-to-face opportunities, and other channels.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, nurturing leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver engaging product demonstrations, showcasing value to potential customers and adapting presentations to client needs.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Track leads, opportunities, and interactions using HubSpot CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and optimal pipeline health.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations to secure deals and achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and support during the sales process.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record of driving sales independently.
  • Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset and focus on achieving targets.
  • Knowledge of technology and software products, with willingness to become a product expert.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in software or technology sectors (flexible for the right candidate).
