This is a full‑time Bar and Bistro Manager position responsible for the smooth running of the Bar, Bistro and Meetings Operation. You will be a hands‑on operator coaching and supporting your team to deliver the highest standards whilst ensuring budgeted targets and KPIs are hit. We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days. Generally busier during evenings and weekends, but shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Bar and Bistro operations, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day running.
- Coach and support the team to deliver to the highest standards.
- Ensure budgeted targets and KPIs are achieved.
- Oversee the bar, bistro and meetings areas while maintaining service excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience in running a branded restaurant operation.
- Background in hotel F&B, restaurant or bar management.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Ability to work varied hours and shift patterns.
