We are looking for compassionate, experienced resilient individuals to support adults with learning disabilities and/or autism, including people with complex needs and behaviours that challenge.

Your role will be to provide consistent, person-centred support, helping individuals build safer, more independent and fulfilling lives. You’ll use Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approaches, follow support plans, encourage community participation, and support people with daily living, personal care and developing independence.
Experience required:
- Supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism
- Working with complex behaviour or high support needs
- The ability to stay calm, patient and empathetic in challenging situations
- Commitment to person-centred support and PBS approaches
- A full UK Driving Licence (desirable)
- A minimum of 12 months on your right to work
