New Opportunity – Join Us as a Bank Support Worker!

Pay rate: £14.00 per hour

Shift pattern: 10am–6pm (Monday – Sunday – flexible shifts)

Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence (essential – you’ll enjoy trips out & driving the client’s vehicle!)

A meaningful role supporting someone to live life to the fullest. We are looking for caring, reliable and confident Support Workers to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with their family in Bristol, Little Stoke. This person has complex clinical needs, autism and behaviours that may present as challenging — and they rely on a consistent team who truly understand them. What really matters, though, is supporting someone who is fun, active, and enjoys a structured routine.

To help them make the most of these outings, we’re looking for people who know the local area and who hold a full UK driving licence.

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing high‑quality support on a 1:1 basis
  • Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community
  • Encouraging social interaction and promoting emotional wellbeing
  • Supporting communication in the way that works best for them
  • Helping with routine household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environment
