We are looking for Bank Support Workers to join our team at Cygnet Kewstoke. Cygnet Hospital Kewstoke provides emergency admissions services for men and women, and a pathway for women to rehabilitation including a specialist service for personality disorder.

Your Day-to-Day… £13.00 per hour + 12.1% annual leave

  • You’ll be working flexible hours a week in an inpatient mental health setting.
  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents.
  • Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support.
  • Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way.
  • Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required.
  • Safeguard.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for all.
