Do you enjoy providing great customer service? Are you passionate about arts and crafts? Do you have strong administration skills? This is a busy role as part of the Art Shop team.

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our members and the public, as well as providing a front of house service to customers who visit Children’s Scrapstore for various events. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate processing and administration of Children’s Scrapstore membership, keeping membership records up to date and supporting members and shop staff with any queries relating to membership. You will also assist with promotion of membership through social media and other mediums.

Hours per Week: 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to members and the public, and front of house service to customers visiting for events.
  • Maintain accurate processing and administration of Children’s Scrapstore membership, keep membership records up to date, and support members and shop staff with membership queries.
  • Assist with promotion of membership through social media and other mediums.

Location: BS2 9LB

Pay: £23,809.50 per year (rising to £24,784.50 per year from 1st April 2026)

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full time (37.5 hours per week)
