About this job
Key areas of responsibility:
- Completion of EMIS work (training will be provided) to ensure the appropriate number of clinical sessions are available for the appropriate clinician, resulting in BVM Patients being able to book an appropriate appointment.
- Ensuring BVM's contractual obligations are adhered to and reflected on EMIS.
- Completion of ad-hoc work to ensure staffing issues and additional clinical work are accounted for and reflected on EMIS.
- Completion of accurate clinical room planning.
- Accurate recording and planning of clinicians' leave, including holiday, bank holiday, and study leave.
- Completion of clinical rota work to ensure that BVM has an appropriate level of clinicians to fulfil its contractual obligations and meet patient demand.
- Liaising with external agencies to ensure BVM has appropriate clinical staffing.
