Position Summary
The Driver will be responsible for delivering paletted items for our customers. The Driver will work on a self-employed basis and be paid weekly.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must also have a digi-tacho card and valid CPC.
- Must be over 30 years old for insurance purposes.
- Maintain good attendance and show up on time for work every day.
- Attend all company meetings and/or training sessions as required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others and understand verbal instructions, listen carefully and make good decisions without being told by your manager.
- Be willing to work flexible hours around your personal life.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed.
- Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of the Manager.
Responsibilities
- Complete daily checks of vehicle and complete check sheet every morning.
- Complete deliveries and collections.
- Duties will include loading lorry every morning.
