Excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie in a luxury property based in the Stroud area. This is a key role in the kitchen as you will support the Head Chef in preparing meals for guests. You will need to manage and encourage junior chefs and have previous hotel kitchen experience.

You will already be an ambitious Chef de Partie, able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills. Experience of working in hotels ideally to AA rosette standard is required. Highly motivated and focused candidates are encouraged to apply.
