Summary: We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity at Potens for a Waking Night Support Worker in our residential service in Port Talbot.

What you’ll be doing:
- Currently, we have 3 young adults with learning disabilities.
- You will be supporting 1‑1 and at times 2‑1.
- Continue to promote positive well‑being.
- Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
- Maintain and develop their community links, and access community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.
- Personal care may be involved.
Who you are:
- Able to work independently, multitask, organise and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
- Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
- Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure.
- Quick learner, hands‑on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
- Flexible. Shift will be on a rota basis and can include weekends. Drivers preferred (Manual only).
