SEN Teaching Assistant in Brighton

• Brent We are looking for a caring and reliable SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school based in Brent.

The school are looking for a calm, patient and proactive SEN TA who can help pupils feel safe, supported and confident in their learning.

Role Details: Position: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Brent Pay: £100-£117 per day Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday Start Date: ASAP School Type: SEN / Mainstream School The Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties
• Work with students on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Help pupils stay engaged, focused and confident throughout the school day
• Support communication, emotional regulation and positive behaviour
• Assist the class teacher with learning activities, resources and classroom routines
• Encourage independence, social skills and personal development
• Help create a calm, safe and inclusive learning environment The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• SEN experience is highly desirable
• A calm, patient and resilient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Confidence supporting pupils with different learning needs
• Experience in a school, care, youth work, nursery or support setting is desirable
