We are looking for an experienced room manager to lead our group of children aged 3 to 5 years. Our setting is warm and welcoming, dedicated to providing high-quality early years education in a nurturing and stimulating environment. The room manager position is pivotal within the nursery, responsible for delivering exceptional care and education while managing a small team. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the daily running of the pre-school room
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
