Receptionist/Administrator

Responsibilities
- Respond to patient queries and liaise with the wider primary care team.
- Manage appointment requests, signpost patients to services, and maintain patient records and confidentiality.
- Email, scan and code clinical correspondence.
- Process prescription requests.
- Utilise other information systems to support efficient workflow processes.
Qualifications
- Reception or customer care experience essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, email).
- Ability to work within processes, procedures and maintain data security and confidentiality.
- Previous NHS experience welcome but not essential.
