  • Following all security procedures including identifying and responding to suspect mail.
  • Receiving and distributing parcels and letters from Royal Mail and commercial couriers.
  • Sorting and redirecting mail accurately within set timescales.
  • Obtaining signatures where required.
  • Delivering mail around the site using a mail van.
  • Collecting and preparing outgoing mail.
  • Maintaining a clean and secure work environment.
  • Reporting any irregularities.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety and GDPR regulations.
