Great opportunity to work as a Multi Drop Delivery Driver for our client's main distribution centre for well-known speciality foods. Staffline is recruiting Multi Drop Delivery Drivers in Worcester. The rate of pay is £13.20 per hour. This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, 45 hours per week.
The shift pattern and hours of work are:
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday 5am until finish
Applicants must hold a Full, Clean UK Driving Licence (Category B - up to 3.5 tonnes).
Responsibilities
- Delivering goods safely and on time, following planned routes and schedules
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and reporting any issues
- Maintaining the security and safety of the load at all times
- Providing a professional and positive service when interacting with customers
- Working in line with company's Health & Safety and security procedures
- Supporting the team with additional duties as required
Qualifications
- Previous multi-drop delivery driving experience is required
- Positive attitude, professional manner, and flexible to changing routes and schedules
- Reliable, punctual, and able to meet delivery deadlines
- Comfortable with frequent loading/unloading, long periods of driving, and extended standing throughout the shift
