TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream secondary school based in Newport. The school is looking for a driven MFL Teacher on a long-term basis until the end of the academic year, with the potential to become permanent for the right MFL Teacher.

The successful MFL Teacher will be teaching French and Spanish across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, including preparing students for GCSE examinations and delivering engaging lessons in line with the curriculum.

Qualifications

  • QTS with an MFL specialism (NQT are welcome to apply)
  • Experience teaching French and/or Spanish up to Key Stage 4 / KS4
  • Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
  • A proactive and engaging teaching style
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
