Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the secure handling and protection of mail and personal information.
- Following all security procedures including identifying and responding to suspect mail.
- Receiving and distributing parcels and letters from Royal Mail and commercial couriers.
- Sorting and redirecting mail accurately within set timescales.
- Obtaining signatures where required.
- Delivering mail around the site using a mail van.
- Collecting and preparing outgoing mail.
- Maintaining a clean and secure work environment.
- Reporting any irregularities.
