We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Manager to join our dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care, supporting staff and contributing to the smooth running of our service.

Qualifications

  • You must have experience in a dementia care setting in a leadership or deputy management role.
  • We are looking for someone who is proactive, supportive and committed to maintaining high standards.
  • A strong communicator who can work effectively with staff, residents and families.

Hours & Pay

  • Hours - 40 hours per week: 2pm-10pm and every other weekend is a necessity (can be flexible, however please note that these hours need to be covered during this post).
  • Salary: To be discussed at interview with competitive rates.
