Registered Manager – Residential

Location: Ramsbottom

Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 per annum

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

The Role

  • You will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the service, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and team engagement across both areas.
  • Holding CQC registration and overall accountability for the service.
  • Leading and developing the management team.
  • Ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred care delivery.
  • Maintaining strong safeguarding and governance practices.
  • Supporting a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
  • Driving continuous improvement and operational performance.
  • Building effective relationships with families and professionals.

About You

  • You will be an experienced Registered Manager with a strong background in CQC-regulated services and confidence managing complexity.
  • Have experience leading within residential, dementia, or complex care services.
  • Be comfortable overseeing multi-service or varied care environments.
  • Demonstrate clear, values-led leadership.
  • Be confident in managing performance, compliance, and team development.
  • Communicate effectively and lead with consistency and integrity.

A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is required, or you must be working towards it, alongside eligibility for CQC registration.
