Bar/Events Manager
We are a local community Sports and Social Club looking for an experienced Bar/Events Manager to join our Team and drive our business forward.
Reporting to the club committee
The Role
- Manage day-to-day bar operations including staff supervision, inventory control and customer service.
- Manage staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage during normal operating hours, peak times and special events.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales, increase the club’s profile and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a bar or hospitality management role
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Flexibility to work evening and weekends
