We are a family run group of Residential and Nursing homes in Shropshire, Cheshire and The Wirral and we want you to join our Springcare family. We are now looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our Admin team, where you will provide support to the Home Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will provide administrative support to the Home Manager and their deputy, in a professional manner, including the meeting and greeting of visitors to the home and answering the telephone.
- Within your admin role you will be expected to carry out any duties deemed necessary by the Manager/ Deputy Manager, therefore you must be flexible.
- You will also be responsible for uploading documents of all employees onto our inhouse systems, as well as keeping a track of vacancies and recruitment within the home.
What are we looking for?
- Ideally you will have previous experience within a home environment.
- Hold NVQ in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Able to prioritise work load.
- Good organisational skills.
- Good telephone manner.
