Ongoing work. Millison Chase Limited are currently recruiting experienced HGV CE Class 1 Drivers for ongoing steel distribution work across the UK. Millison Chase Limited is a professional recruitment services company specialising in supplying reliable transport and logistics staff to leading clients nationwide. Job Details:

We are looking for professional Class 1 Drivers to carry out steel distribution work involving local, national and multi-drop deliveries. The role will involve:

  • Delivering steel sheet and coil products
  • Local and nationwide deliveries
  • Multi-drop work
  • Long shift patterns available
  • Securing loads safely using straps and chains

Pay Rates:

  • Days: £16.00 per hour
  • Nights: £17.00 per hour
  • Weekends: Up to £22.00 per hour

Requirements:

  • Valid UK HGV CE (Class 1) Licence
  • Valid Driver CPC Card
  • Digital Tachograph Card
  • Minimum 1 year Class 1 driving experience (for insurance purposes)
  • Previous steel transport experience is essential for safety reasons
  • Experience securing loads using straps and chains
  • Good communication and timekeeping skills
