We're looking for an experienced Procurement Supply Manager to take full ownership of end‑to‑end procurement for our Client, who are a leading engineering and maintenance provider that support customers across the chemical & petrochemical, nuclear, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals & biopharma, power & energy, utilities, renewables and food & beverage markets.
This is a full-time, site-based role at Hinkley Point C (Monday-Friday, 40 hours), working closely with the client, project teams and supply chain to deliver critical packages on time and within budget.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full tender lifecycle: requirements definition, supplier engagement, negotiations and contract award
- Manage procurement of equipment and subcontractors to support project delivery
- Act as the single point of contact for all procurement activities
- Develop and execute procurement strategies and package-level sourcing plans
- Lead supplier relationships, ensuring timely and compliant delivery
- Work cross‑functionally with Engineering, Quality, HSE and Project teams
- Ensure compliance with statutory, contractual and business requirements
- Manage procurement risks, budgets and priority delivery sequences
- Drive supplier negotiations and support contract formation with legal teams
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in a project-based procurement or supply chain role
- Strong knowledge of procurement systems and processes
- Experience with forms of contract (NEC Suite desirable)
- Knowledge of plant, equipment and subcontract purchasing
- Confident in senior client and stakeholder engagement
- Strong people management, change management and continuous improvement skills

- Qualifications demonstrating high literacy and numeracy
- CCNSG or CSCS MAPS (essential)
