What skills and experience we're looking for We are looking for an organised and approachable Primary Phase Administrator to join our team.
This is a varied role at the heart of our Primary Phase and Nursery, providing a professional and welcoming first point of contact for pupils, families, staff, visitors and external agencies.
You will play a key role in coordinating reception and administrative services, supporting nursery admissions and funding processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, delivering excellent customer service, and making a positive contribution to the educational experience of children and families.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating the day-to-day operation of the Primary Phase reception and administrative service.
Acting as the main point of contact for nursery families and supporting admissions enquiries.
Managing nursery admissions, waiting lists, session allocations and transitions.
Administering nursery funding processes, including eligibility checks and funding claims.
Maintaining accurate pupil and nursery records and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Providing high-quality customer service and responding professionally to a range of enquiries.
Supporting the safeguarding, welfare and wellbeing of children and young people.
