Chilton Trinity School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our Alternative Provision team. Working closely with the Alternative Provision Lead, you will play a key role in raising student achievement, promoting independence, self-esteem and social inclusion, and supporting learners to access the curriculum and experience success. The successful candidate will provide effective support to students individually, in groups and within the classroom, while leading on SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) and behaviour support across the provision. You’ll be part of a supportive and ambitious team who are committed to helping every child reach their full potential. You’ll join colleagues who work collaboratively to create a positive, inclusive learning environment where staff and pupils thrive together.
