Experienced Retail Merchandiser needed in the Bridgend area. Approx 2 - 4 hours per week. £14.12 p/h PAYE including holiday pay. Start immediately, with long-term, ongoing work available (flexible to suit you). Use of a car is essential as you will need to take point of sale (POS) into the store.
Ideal location: Bridgend, United Kingdom, CF31; territory covers stores within 10 miles.
Merchandiser responsibilities:
- You will be visiting major high street stores, completing tasks such as merchandising, audits, and placing point‑of‑sale (POS) displays.
- Driving sales by negotiating additional displays.
- You will need your own transport as you may need to carry promotional displays/materials, sometimes sent to your home.
- Building rapport with colleagues and customers whilst in the store.
- You will need a phone or tablet for reporting on our App and have a good understanding of taking quality photos and giving insightful feedback when required.
- You may be expected to move stock when merchandising. Some lifting will be involved at times.
Holiday Pay, Referrals. Earn a bonus for each friend you refer to us. Exposure to working with well–known brands in store. Ongoing training and support from your Area Manager. Opportunity to take on additional work with other CPM clients. Work isn't guaranteed. The above hours are a guideline of the current volume of work available.
