Key Responsibilities

  • Support the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons
  • Work with individual pupils or small groups to reinforce learning
  • Assist pupils with additional learning needs, including SEN where required
  • Help manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Prepare classroom resources and maintain a tidy, safe learning environment
