We are seeking a dedicated Car Sales Executive on behalf of our client to join their esteemed dealership in Bridgend. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional to develop their career as a Car Sales Executive with a leading automotive brand.

Duties

  • Engage in selling new and used vehicles, offering a broad range of models including electric and family-oriented options
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling of add-ons, accessories, finance, and insurance products
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
  • Keep customers informed about vehicle delivery timelines and notify them of any delays
  • Address customer queries professionally and resolve issues promptly
  • Collect payments and handle vehicle release documentation
  • Explain warranty and after‑sales service options, introducing customers to the Service Department
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and support customers in their decision‑making process
  • Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and referrals
