Overview
Activities Champion – Trenewydd – £13.45 per hour, 12‑hour contract, 10:00 – 14:00 (including alternating weekends). Real Living Wage Employer and the UK’s largest employee‑owned healthcare company.
Responsibilities
- Formulate an activity profile for each individual service user through liaison with care staff.
- Ensure the safe and proper use of all equipment.
- Maintain accurate and legible records of service users’ activities.
- Liaise with the senior nurse on duty regarding outings and confirm accessibility and toileting facilities.
- Coordinate with senior care assistants about medical or nursing care information of service users.
- Assist with fundraising events and promote the Home.
Qualifications
- No prior experience in the field required.
- Willingness to learn and provide stimulation and encouragement to residents.
