We are looking for a well‑organised, motivated individual to join our busy and friendly team within the Greater Manchester Breast Screening office. You must be accurate, demonstrate initiative in planning your workload, and have a flexible approach to work. The successful post holder should have a proactive and friendly attitude and substantial administrative experience, including experience with high call volumes.
Responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls.
- Rebook appointments.
- File and input data from client sheets.
- Process the clinics on a daily basis.
- Assist in call/recall.
- Organise high‑risk screening.
- Liaise with a multi‑disciplinary team to ensure the service runs smoothly.
Qualifications and Experience
- Substantial administrative experience.
- Experience handling high call volumes.
- Good attendance record.
