Across the UK, our branches support local communities with everything they need for building, improving, and creating – we couldn’t do it without our people and that’s where you come in!

We’re now looking for a Branch Supervisor to join the team at our Rhuddlan branch. As a Branch Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the management team to ensure that the branch is run efficiently by a highly motivated team who are focused on brilliant customer service as well as growing sales & margin.

Responsibilities

  • Growing and developing business opportunities with new and existing customers
  • Supporting and mentoring your team to unlock their full potential
  • Providing an outstanding and welcoming service to every customer
  • Taking responsibility for stock ordering and displays across the store
