The role:
- Supporting nursery staff in delivering engaging, play‑based learning activities
- Providing one‑to‑one or small group support to young children to encourage development and learning
- Helping to create a safe, positive, inclusive, and nurturing early years environment
- Assisting with the preparation of activities, learning resources, and daily routines
- Encouraging children’s participation, social development, and positive behaviour through play and interaction
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 6 months experience working with children
- Experience can be voluntary, school‑based, or from transferable roles (youth work, care, coaching, etc.)
- A passion for supporting children’s learning and development
