The role:

  • Supporting nursery staff in delivering engaging, play‑based learning activities
  • Providing one‑to‑one or small group support to young children to encourage development and learning
  • Helping to create a safe, positive, inclusive, and nurturing early years environment
  • Assisting with the preparation of activities, learning resources, and daily routines

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 6 months experience working with children
  • Experience can be voluntary, school‑based, or from transferable roles (youth work, care, coaching, etc.)
  • A passion for supporting children’s learning and development
