Role overview: Birtenshaw are looking to recruit an Administrator to provide proactive, professional administration support to the training function within the HR team.
Salary: £25,523 - £26,682 per annum, pro rata (£13.23 - £13.83 per hour).
Responsibilities
- Effectively work alongside and support the HR function.
- Undertake training filing, both paper and computerised, using relevant filing and storage systems.
- Ensure the relevant Human Resources Integrated System (HRIS) records are maintained.
- Co‑coordinate the archiving of training documents and information according to the Birtenshaw Data Retention Policy.
- Produce professional letters and documents at the direction of the Training Manager.
- Generate reports, analyse and correct errors as appropriate.
- Support candidates to complete online training prior to commencing employment.
- Facilitate good communication with other departments to ensure all training is properly planned and coordinated.
- Organise and set up meeting rooms/venues for events and associated equipment, as directed.
