Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd in Bolton is seeking a Temporary ER/HR Advisor to join our busy HR team on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office, 2 days at home).
The role is 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a salary around £40,000 FTE.
You will manage a varied employee relations caseload, provide day‑to‑day HR guidance, support trade union interactions, and help ensure compliance with UK employment law and ACAS guidance.
