Role Overview: Essa Academy is looking for a Teacher of English to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Set high expectations that inspire and motivate students to fulfil their potential.
- Drive and skill to raise standards of student attainment through good subject and curriculum knowledge.
- Monitor and track student progress.
- Adapt teaching to respond to strengths and needs of pupils.
- Manage behaviour effectively to ensure a safe learning environment and fulfil wider professional responsibilities.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to the promotion of achievement throughout the academy.
