Senior Programme Delivery Officer Β£34,200 | Remote | 37 Hours Per Week | 12-Month FTC (Potential to Extend) We're looking for an organised and proactive Senior Programme Delivery Officer to support the delivery of a high-impact, grant-funded programme.
This is a varied operational role where you'll coordinate programme activity, manage stakeholder communications, oversee tracking systems, support governance meetings, and help ensure programme outcomes are delivered effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage programme plans, actions and delivery milestones.
- Liaise with delivery partners and stakeholders, providing updates and coordinating activity.
- Coordinate Programme Delivery Board meetings and track actions.
- Manage programme communications, enquiries and referrals.
- Develop and maintain referral and grant application tracking systems.
- Support data collection, reporting and performance monitoring.
- Maintain programme documentation and shared resources.
- Support team meetings and programme governance activities.
About You
- Experience supporting programme, project or service delivery.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Empathetic, resilient and values-driven.
- Desirable Experience within the charity, community, public or health sectors.
- Experience of grant-funded programmes or public funding.
- Project or programme management experience.
- Experience monitoring referrals, grants, outcomes or performance data.
