The successful candidate will manage and oversee the technical approval, inspection, and adoption of new highway infrastructure delivered through Section 38 Agreements under the Highways Act 1980.

The role ensures that developments meet the required standards for adoption and align with local and national policy, ensuring the safety and integrity of the public highway network.

Full driving licence and access to a vehicle may be required for site visits.

This role may involve occasional evening meetings or public consultations.

Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
