We are looking for a highly motivated Office Manager to join our welcoming primary academy and play a key role in the smooth and efficient running of the school. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied role where no two days are the same. As Office Manager, you will lead our administrative team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the school office, ensuring that staff, pupils and families receive a high-quality and professional service. Working closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team, you will help develop efficient office systems, manage key school information systems, support HR and staffing processes, and ensure that the academy meets its statutory and operational requirements. You will also play an important role in supporting communication with parents and external agencies, contributing to the overall success of the school.
