Support and Supervision: You will be supported by Specialist Physiotherapists within the relevant areas of practice and receive regular supervision in line with the Trust appraisal policy and AHP supervision guidelines. We recognise that the transition from student to independent practitioner can be daunting and we endeavour to make this as seamless as possible by means of our preceptorship programme.

Working Hours and Availability: You will be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, including extended hours, weekend and participation in the respiratory on‑call rota upon completion of your competencies.
