We are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to provide senior HR support to our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) team at Bolton NHS Foundation Trust. This is a Band 8a, full time role.
You will report directly to the Head of HR and be part of the wider Workforce and Organisational Development team. The role supports the IFM team and works alongside operational managers to deliver the Trust’s and IFM objectives and strategy.
Responsibilities:- Provide professional HR guidance and advice for all staff groups in the Trust, including medical staff.
- Advise and work with managers on people management issues, demonstrating a sound track record.
- Support IFM on projects such as Culture and OD interventions and long‑term strategic workforce planning.
- Interpret workforce metrics and drive improvements.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of HR policy, workforce issues, change management and complex casework.
- Build effective working relationships at all levels, managing competing demands in a busy NHS operational environment.
- Experienced HR practitioner.
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, analytical mind.
The role will initially align with IFM, estates and facilities teams and may involve transformation, service redesign and culture change work. Development opportunities include discussion of developmental needs on commencement and a full PDP to support role performance.
