The Deputy Operational Business Manager reports to the Operational Business Manager and is responsible for the operational management of a range of clinical services within the Surgery Division. The role delivers national and local access and quality standards, manages service development, complaint handling, and delivers income and cost improvement programmes. It requires initiative, prioritisation of conflicting demands and effective communication with multidisciplinary, internal and external departments to provide the highest quality patient care.
