Centric Talent is recruiting for a General Cleaning Operative to join our client located in Bolton. Our client is a well-established name in the UK bathroom industry with over 30 years of manufacturing experience, offering popular styles at affordable prices. This is a full-time temp to permanent contract.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning office space
- Emptying bins
- Cleaning toilets
- Cleaning common areas
- General cleaning of the warehouse
- Using floor cleaning machines
- Role may develop and change; we are looking for people who are interested in growing with the role
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a cleaner, ideally in a warehouse/logistics setting
- Experience cleaning in a warehouse/logistics manufacturing setting is desirable
- Ability to work well alone and in a team
- Keen eye for detail
- Experience using floor cleaning machines is an advantage
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Fully compliant with our client’s Health & Safety requirements; full training on all H&S elements provided at start
Hours, Pay & Benefits:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 2pm – 8pm (no weekend work). 30 hours per week.
- Pay rate: £12.21 per hour
- Temp to Perm status
- Benefits: Free PPE, free training and upskilling, free & secure car parking/bicycle storage, onsite canteen, excellent break facilities
