We are seeking passionate and dedicated Trainee Residential Child Care Workers to join our team. As a Child Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting and guiding our young residents. You will provide day-to-day care, facilitate engaging activities, and foster positive relationships, all while promoting independence and personal development.
Requirements:
- A full UK driving licence with access to a car is essential.
- Due to national minimum standards, you must be over the age of 18.
Key Responsibilities:
