Person Led Care - Every day is different. We are seeking a Support Worker to become a part of our amazing team at our Supported Living service in King's Heath, Birmingham. This role will be based in our residential service which has multiple 1:1 flats. You will support adults who lead an active lifestyle on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis, helping develop daily living skills, providing personal care as needed and encouraging participation in various interests that promote health and well-being.

The people supported live an independent and active life and some also have their own vehicles; therefore, a full UK manual driver's license is desirable as you will use the person's own mobility car for activities outside of the home. You can find yourself supporting with activities they enjoy, such as attending music sessions, visiting the pub, sensory sessions & walks at a nearby park.
