We are seeking experienced carers to provide high quality live-in support, helping individuals remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes.
Position: Support Worker / Live-in Carer
Salary: Earn up to £1,050 per week
Location: Birmingham and surrounding areas (travel required)
Hours: Full time, live-in placements (minimum 2 weeks per placement)
Contract: Self-employed

About the Role
This is a live-in care position where you will stay with clients in their homes for a minimum of two weeks at a time, delivering person-centred care and support.
- Providing personal care and mobility support with dignity and respect
- Supporting individuals with health conditions such as dementia, stroke or Parkinson's
- Managing and administering medication
- Preparing meals and maintaining a clean, safe home environment
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Supporting daily routines, appointments and social engagement
- Living with clients during placements to ensure consistent, high quality care
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' professional care experience in the UK
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- The right to work in the UK on a self-employed basis
- Confidence using a smartphone for care records and communication
- The physical ability to support mobility and personal care needs
- A compassionate, reliable and professional approach
