Are you a SEND Teacher who specialises in supporting pupils with complex needs and understands that progress looks different for every child? This role is ideal for a teacher who is confident delivering specialist SEND provision within a calm, structured and highly supported environment.

Long Term Futures are supporting a primary SEND school in Erdington (B23) to recruit an experienced SEND Teacher. The school supports pupils with ASD, Moderate Learning Difficulties and additional complex needs, offering a carefully structured setting where emotional regulation, communication and independence are embedded into daily practice.

The Role: You will teach a small class of primary-aged children, delivering personalised and engaging lessons that support both academic progress and emotional development. You'll work alongside experienced Teaching Assistants and benefit from strong leadership that prioritises staff wellbeing and collaboration.
