Responsibilities:
- Security Manned Guarding & Reception Supervisory duties
- Access/Egress Control Duties
- Regular/Irregular Site Inspection Patrols of the Assignment via CCTV Monitoring Duties
- Switchboard Operation
- Performing regular Health and Safety checks
- Regular and accurate report writing
- Dealing with First Aid situations as/when they arise
- Carrying out any other reasonable management requests
- Proactive interaction with customers, tenants, authorised visitors and general public offering superb customer service
- Dealing with deliveries, enquiries and reporting any issues on site
- Covering all required security related duties as/when required
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be aged 18 with a valid SIA License
- Most Hold CCTV SIA Licence and Frontline Licence (Essential)
- Fire Marshall and Full Clean Driving Licence desirable (Desirable)
- Must have a 5-year checkable work or back to school history
- Proof of right to work and live in the UK
- Very smart with an excellent command of the English language
- Public Facing experience
- Able to work as part of a Team and also on own initiative
- Approachable and Diplomatic
- Ability to think ‘Outside the Box’ when applicable
- High expectation of customer service delivery
- Flexible and willing to learn new procedures
