Duties of a Roadside Technician
- Deliver high standards of technical advice, service, and maintenance to customers at the roadside
- Diagnose issues effectively and carry out necessary repairs in a mobile environment

- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service as a Roadside Technician
- Adhere to health and safety standards, including EV safety procedures where applicable
