The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 € per hour.
This is a part-time position just 1 1/2 days a week, plus cover for holidays and sickness. You will join our team of 2 friendly receptionists, booking in patients on an online system and directing them to the right clinic. Responsibilities include:
- Answering the phone and dealing with queries in a building of healthcare providers including dentists, orthodontics, and psychiatrists.
- Account keeping and paying bills using Moneysoft payroll to pay salaries.
- Organising contractors if any work needs to be done in the building.
This is only a part-time position, so we are looking for someone who will be happy with that but is looking to stay long term.
